Which countries do you deliver to?

We supply manufacturers across the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. Goods ship from our stock in Saudi Arabia, so delivery to any Gulf destination is a short regional movement rather than an intercontinental import.

What is the minimum order? Can I start with a trial quantity?

Yes. Most new customers start with samples for lab evaluation, then a pallet or part-container trial order before moving to regular volumes. Tell us your application and monthly usage and we will propose a sensible starting quantity.

What are your lead times?

For grades held in Saudi stock, dispatch is typically within days of order confirmation, and GCC delivery follows standard regional transit times. For indent or replenishment orders from Europe, plan on roughly 2 to 4 weeks, which is still well ahead of the 8 to 12 weeks a direct import usually takes.

Do you provide COA, TDS and MSDS documentation?

Yes. Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis, and we provide technical data sheets and safety data sheets for all products. Our cellulose ethers and RDP grades are produced to align with the relevant EN and ASTM test methods used in dry-mix specifications.

How do GCC delivery and customs duty work?

Under the GCC Customs Union, customs duty on imported goods is settled once at the first point of entry into the GCC. Qualifying duty-paid goods can then move on to other GCC states without a second tariff, which is reflected in the landed cost we quote. We handle the shipping documentation; your freight forwarder or broker can confirm treatment for your specific shipment.

Can you hold stock against my grade and volume?

For regular customers, yes. Once your formulation is validated on a grade and volumes are agreed, we hold stock in Saudi Arabia against your offtake so you order against local availability instead of a European production calendar.

Which RDP or cellulose ether grades match my application?

Accepted Answer

Send us your application (tile adhesive, render, putty, grout, self-levelling, paint) and current formulation targets, and we will recommend grades, send samples and support the lab comparison. We have supplied these chemistries to dry-mix and paint formulators for over four decades.

How fast do you respond to enquiries?
